Returns -
Size not quite right? Well rats! Please email customer service at customerservice@valentinashoes.com with your order #, new size and we will reply with shipping instructions. We are happy to pay for shipping on the replacement size. However, we ask you pay for shipping costs to return the incorrect size.
Returning for a Refund: Provided your return is within 30 days and the shoe has not been worn, we will refund your purchase in the original form of payment, less $3.00 re-stocking fee and $11.95 shipping and handling, with no questions asked. After 30 days, Valentina cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects. Standard Delivery and Processing Charges Standard Ground: $8.95 + $3.00 handling fee
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse via Ground Parcel Service to arrive within five to seven business days of your order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. If more than 7 business days, you will receive a 10% coupon off of your next order.
Rush Delivery and Processing – When You Gotta Have It Fast! Express 2nd Day: $15.00 + $3.00 handling fee
By choosing 2nd Day service during checkout, we will expedite orders for in-stock items.
For rush delivery, if we receive your order by 12 noon CST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within three business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday by 12 noon CST will arrive on the following Wednesday.
Note: We ship to US addresses only. Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
